DEVOLUTION POLICY (DESIST) AND CANCELATION
✅ 1. Order cancellation A confirmed order cannot be canceled / modified, unless it has not yet been processed. If it has already been processed and you want to cancel, the client assumes the transportation costs. On cash on delivery orders, check with customer service in advance.
🔁 2. Return due to withdrawal (change of mind) The product can be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt. Conditions to accept the evolution: Unused product, in original condition, with packaging, manuals and accessories. Open food products or items neglected for hygiene / health reasons are not accepted. Loose accessories are not accepted without the main product. Cost of evolution: the client assumes it. Shipments to freight due are not accepted. The refund is made by the same payment method, or by transfer or bizum in case the payment has been made on cash. 3. Return for defective or non-compliant product It must be claimed in the 30 calendar days after receipt. Requirements: Send photos of the desperate. Contact by email, form or WhatsApp. Process: Herbaldietica reviews the product. If accepted, it offers change, replacement or refund in a maximum place of 7 days or earlier. If there is no stock, the total amount including shipping and return costs that will be at our expense will be returned. In partial returns, the proportional part of the shipping cost will be paid.
